At FURMINATO Pet Care Shop, we are committed to delivering your pet care products promptly and securely. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, typically within 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
We ship globally, excluding certain remote areas and parts of Asia. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clippers
- Combs
- De-Shedders
- Nails
- Scissors
- Shampoos
Returns & Exchanges Process
- Initiate a Return or Exchange: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide detailed instructions, including the return address and any necessary forms.
- Package and Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) and ship them to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Inspection and Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please indicate this when you contact our customer service team. We will send you the replacement item once we receive and process your return.
