Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Clippers
- Combs
- De-Shedders
- Nails
- Scissors
- Shampoos
Returns & Exchanges Process
- Initiate a Return or Exchange: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item, including the return address and any necessary forms.
- Package and Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and ship them to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) and process your return or exchange within 5 business days.
Refunds
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please indicate this when you contact our customer service team. We will send you the replacement item once we receive and process your return.
